As developers get their hands on the latest version of Google's operating system, Android 4.3, we're discovering some hidden features of the platform that hint at what's to come. Android Police reports on one such gem, "App Ops." According to the site, the application, which isn't quite ready for primetime, will allow users to control the permissions that apps have access to.
