Google Play Music said to be launching on iOS this month, following delays


Google Play Music is reported to finally be on its way over to iOS. According to Engadget , Google plans to release a Google Play Music app for Apple's mobile operating system sometime this month, after it polishes off a final few bugs that it's encountered. In May, shortly after the announcement of Google Play Music All Access, Android chief Sundar Pichai said that an app would launch for iOS in just about a month. It's unclear why the development process became so prolonged, but Engadget suggests that it may have been due to issues with enforcing DRM on the streaming music.
